Tim, a military veteran of the Army's elite special forces unit, the 75th Ranger Regiment, has spent 17 years litigating civil and commercial litigation cases throughout South Florida. Tim is known for leaving no stone unturned. His experience as an elite Ranger developed and tested his leadership skills and taught him to react smartly and quickly under pressure. Tim was a senior casualty attorney for arguably the largest insurance defense firm in the U.S. Here, he litigated complex cases on behalf of many Fortune 500 companies.
Christian is our firm's principal criminal defense and dependency (DCF cases) attorney. Christian spent years working as a Florida prosecutor, where he prosecuted and tried serious felony cases. Here, Christian honed and polished his jury trial skills and ability to think and work effectively under pressure.
Prior to his service as a prosecutor, Christian was selected, based on his superior law school grades and skill, to serve as a Law Clerk for the Florida Supreme Court. Here he worked directly for Supreme Court Justices on complex civil and criminal cases. Prior to law school, Christian was an investigator with the Department of Children and Families (DCF), where he investigated cases of child abuse and neglect. Christian's experience sets him apart from other local family law and criminal defense attorneys.
Tim and Christian have known each other their entire lives and try all cases together as an effective, powerful and close-knit trial team.
