Just finished up with the soon-to-be Mrs. Williams veneers! We couldn’t be happier with the results!

• Wax Up, discussion with patient goals and expectation management
• mock-up with acrylic chair side
• preps completed slightly supragingival at first visit, submitted to lab for digital analysis of prep formation and dimensions
• temporized in office from lab formed stent
• 1 week later PMMA temps delivered, pt allowed to “wear them out to determine shape/fit/occlusion
• final preparations adjusted with lab needs in mind
• high translucency eMax veneers processed and delivered

Some valuable lessons:
• pt management and expectation are paramount for a makeover case
• lab formed temps were a slam dunk to allow pt to gain highest level of autonomy with finals
• slow and steady wins the race
