Welcome the customer on the service drive and perform a thorough walk-around of their vehicle
Provide estimates and explain maintenance required to repair the vehicle
Follow up with the customer on the status of their vehicle
Review and close work in process
Not an entry level position
Paid training and benefits
Qualifications:
Friendly and works well with others
Puts the customer first
Automotive mechanic/tech experience not required
Five years work experience in automotive customer service a plus
GM/Chevrolet service experience preferred
Proficient in dealership management software
