Here are tips for throwing out a single-use mask so that pets and wildlife can’t get tangled in its straps: 1) Wash your hands before removing the straps from behind your ears or head, without touching the front of the mask; 2) Cut the straps with a pair of scissors; and 3) Dispose of the mask in a closed garbage bin before sanitizing your hands once again. #vcapets
