Meet Megan, one of our Vet techs! Megan started her journey in the animal field in 2016 when she began offering pet sitting. Not knowing what she wanted to do, she knew she loved animals and as soon as a vet hospital gave her a chance she jumped right in. When Megan found VCA in January 2017, she knew she had found someplace special. VCA Columbia Animal Hospital at Centre Park is what those in the vet field call a “unicorn clinic,” and it is certainly mine. I love coming in to work, where I feel safe, supported by my team and where I get to learn and help clients, and of course, their pets. I mainly love dogs and cats but it’s always fun and interesting to meet the exotics too. My weakness is dachshunds and hopefully, one day soon, I will get to have another one of my own! In my free time, I love to go hiking and spend time with my family and friends.
