It is with deep sadness in our hearts that we have to announce that our sweet Charlie has passed away. He was surrounded by Dr. Pavlik as well as the doctors and staff who have tirelessly worked to keep him healthy through the years. Thank you to everyone who befriended Charlie and enjoyed his company throughout his time at Community Companion Animal Hospital. He will be missed by our doctors, staff, clients and patients.
