What is an Ectopic Ureter? Good Question, this is a diagnosis that we use 2 teams to manage, our Internal Medicine team and our Surgical team. This can effect both dogs and cats, and females are 20X more likely to experience this medical challenge, according to the American College of Veterinary Surgeons.
