Today we finally were overjoyed to be able to pick Mojo up from five straight days of radiation and chemo therapy. VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists surprised us when we picked him up with an invite to tour the facility where they treated him, and once inside they actually presented us with his official "graduation diploma"! We're so glad that they were there to take his case and dedicate the time required to help this little guy. Anyone who meets him recognizes immediately that even though he's not a kitten anymore, he still very much wants to keep living, hunting the house for stuffed fish and presenting them to us so we can all eat as a family. Thanks again to everyone at their facility and we'll see you for his checkup in a week!

Miniature Schnauzer puppies in the house!
Meet Lola.
She recently boarded with us while receivivng her radiation therapy. She has nasal lymphoma, the most common nasal cancer in cats. The mass was pushing on her eye and within days the radiation shrunk the tumor enough that her eye is a more normal position. She feels really good and is tolerating having a catheter and an e-collar. She also clearly loves being brushed!
It doesn’t get much cuter than this. King Charles Cavalier puppies.

It was a 3 pug day at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists today! Our darling Forever Foster Lyla...how could you not love this face!...stopped in to see Dr. Anderson for a urine check. We are grateful to all the vets and staff and VCA for taking such great care of our pugs!

Headed to VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists with Bear. No seizures so far this month!!! Which is a wonderful sign that one or two or three of his meds are working.
Today we are hoping for a reduction in meds, he falls 15-20 times a day and while he has a very sweet temperament I don’t think we are seeing the true Bear. He sleeps a lot and drinks a lot of water.
This sweet boy is only 3 years old and I can’t wait to see him run and play like a typical chocolate lab!
Please be thinking healing, happy positive thoughts for us!
