Due to the hazardous air quality we will be closing early today for the safety of our staff. If your pet has a wellness appointment today, we will be calling you to reschedule to a later date. We will still be seeing the sick appointments that were already booked for the day, however you may receive a call asking you to come in earlier than originally scheduled. We are hoping to be back open tomorrow for normal business hours, but at this time that decision will depend upon the air quality. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have an emergency and your pet needs to be seen right away please contact VCA North Division @ 509-467-5230 or the Pet Emergency Clinic @ 509-326-6670

When it comes to playing games indoors, keep your cat stimulated by turning your home into an obstacle course. Use your cat’s favorite toy as a lure—tie it to a string and have them follow it by jumping on a stool, ducking under a couch, climbing up a cat tree, etc. Have more ideas? Let us know in the comments below! #VCApets
