To help prevent the chance of spreading the Covid 19 outbreak, we at VCA Prestonwood have limited our lobby to drop off/ drive up appointments only at this time. We will take the same great care of your pet as always but will need to communicate our findings and treatment plans over the phone. We encourage you to wait in your car during the exam to limit your exposure. We are asking clients to call us when they have arrived to the clinic and let us know what we can do for them. In order to limit additional exposure all non-essential procedures (nail trims, anal sac expressions, etc) will NOT be offered at this time.
