2020 has been a lot. It seems there is always something popping up to throw another wrench into our day to day lives. Time together and holiday traditions have been upended for the sake of safety, but despite this, there was one tradition that we didn't want to let go of. Every year, Region 3 ECI hosts a Christmas party for all of our enrolled children to play games, have snacks, and meet with Santa Claus. To make sure we could still make this happen safely, we partnered with our friends at Driscoll Health Plan, Region 3 ESC, Victoria Police Department, Chick-fil-A, Frito-Lay, Target, Ventura's Tamales, Jamie Powell, Realtor Re/Max Land & Homes, Goyen Electric Inc., Texas Made Fades, and Teachers Toolbox + Toy Store and put together a Drive Thru Christmas Party Experience for our ECI kiddos. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in making this party a success and putting smiles on children's faces. We are so excited to get back to normal, but in the meantime, you can trust your Region 3 ECI to keep making it work! #Region3ECI

Summary Serves meals to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
Writes order on check.
Relays order to kitchen through POS system.
Refills customers chips, salsa, and drinks as needed.
Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier.
Perform necessary “side duties” pre-shift , during shift, and post-shift.
Assists in clearing and resetting counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
Greet EVERY table.
Offer appetizers, upsells, and communicating daily special to EVERY table.
Following all procedures regarding the selling/serving of alcohol according to TABC policy.
Maintains uniform cleanliness and overall hygiene.
