Venture Management was founded in 1972 by Richard Raabe. Venture Management now manages nearly 700 homes and apartment units in Des Moines, Norwalk, Marshalltown and Bondurant, including single family homes, duplexes, townhomes, condos, and apartment complexes. For nearly 40 years, our goal has remained the same: we strive to provide high quality housing at an affordable price.
