Vera's expertise is in residential, listings, buyers and rentals. Of course she knows Singer Island the best, since she works and lives there. But basically she wants to work in the whole Palm Beach County. She works with condos, townhouses and single family homes. She has done some short sales in different parts of Palm Beach County, and is comfortable working with short sales.
She's a Certified International Property Specialist; she speaks Norwegian, of course she's a Resort and Second Home Specialist. She holds a Transnational Referral Certification, At Home With Diversity Designation; it is a certification that taught her to communicate with buyers of different cultures and ethnic backgrounds, including "new Americans." The At Home With Diversity certification provides her with the skills and ability to be sensitive and adaptable to cultural differences. It has been a benefit in that she has worked successfully with clients in multicultural populations and has received referrals from those clients.
