Dr. Veronica Sullins earned her BS degree in biology at Stanford University while playing soccer for the United States Youth and Women's National Teams. After finishing her professional soccer career, Dr. Sullins earned her MD at the UC San Diego School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and trained in pediatric surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, specializing in minimally invasive surgery for infants and children, anorectal malformations and Hirschsprung disease, repair of chest wall deformities, pediatric surgical oncology and neonatal surgical care.
