I have always had a passion for creating community. I spent 18 yrs in Manhatten & the Gold Coast of New Jersey, converting rental property into condominium or cooperative form of ownership. I was involved with the 1st successful conversion in NJ. I effected over 15 successful conversions for developers in NY/NJ, ranging in size from 62 units to 1100 units
My most outstanding achievement was the conversion of Hudson Harbour in Edgewater, NJ, 364 units; a 4 million acquisition to a 24 million dollar sell out in a mere 8.5months.
I have sold New Home hi-rises in NYC and sold a planned community for Hartz Mt.,
in Secaucus, NJ, a prestigious Wall St. commute.
After relocating to SF, I have resumed the sales of multi-unit residential developments, both new home and conversion. I have included a vision for "green building" and have enjoyed continued achievement.
I have individual and corporate clients.
Specialties:I am a master negotiator and enjoy a vision for how to complete a project, and then implement techniques to achieve that end. I have a talent for fostering the sense of community which tends to augment entrhusiasm during a project. I thrive on handeling multiple sales with their intrinsic complexities, simultaneously, and close, close, close.
