Vertical Options is family owned and operated by Keely and Wade Friesen. After spending several years in the insurance industry and working for the State of Washington, Keely Friesen dreamed of starting her own business. Wade shared his experience in the field of elevator repair with Keely, always concerned with customer's dissastisfaction with the value of work that was performed during elevator service visits. She decided that her business experience combined with Wade's mechanical experience would make a great fit and together they embarked on a new mission. As members of the Spokane Community, Keely and Wade believe building owners in this area deserve a company that will listen to their needs, do the work at a fair price and care about you and your investment.
