After 5 other quotes Veterans was not only the lowest, but offered the best equipment and warranties. When my AC died 2 months later I received the same VIP treatment. Great review from Bill... "We purchased a preventative HVAC maintenance agreement with Veterans this year. They've been to our house twice this year to service the AC system. We couldn't be more pleased. This past month the air just wasn't blowing as much as you used to. They found a huge amount of dog fur stuck in the return. Now we are running at maximum efficiently. On a more serious note they found a fire hazard. One of our wires wasn't up to code. Roy the owner fixed it the same day. The AC unit is next to our 2 year olds room. It's comforting to know Veterans is looking out for my family."

Great review from Randy... "I have used Veterans AC and Heat, Inc over the years and can't recommend them highly enough. I have called them in previous years in the dog days of August and they had a crew at my house in an hour. During my discussion with their team, they were able to narrow down my AC problems down to a few causes and brought parts for each scenario. My AC was up and running cold within two hours of picking up the phone.
Last night, I came home (different home from the aforementioned) and the thermostat had no power. I called them up to have some one sent out. They talked me through possible problems for about 15 minutes and told me to turn off my AC breaker and leave it of for 30 minutes, then turn it back on. I followed their wisdom and had cold air in 30 minutes again. They could have dispatched themselves out and charged me a service call rather than try to solve the problem over the phone. I'm not sure if another company would act in such an ethical manner because I wouldn't take the time to call any other company for my AC needs other than Veterans AC."

Thank Veterans AC & Heat Inc for getting our AC taken care of so quickly! Storm ETA knocked out our power for 19 hours and when it powered up it blew out the circuit board 🙈 and living in Florida AC is essential!
