Bocelli is a deaf and visually impaired Australian Shepherd. He loves to play and loves affection! He is not a casual dog so please keep reading to understand what type of family we are looking for!
Bocelli is easily stimulated because of sensory issues. His temperament is nice and he is currently doing amazingly well with his trainer, Amanda. She is teaching him commands with aids and here he is seen learning the "leave it" command. This is a dog that never passes up a chance for a snack so this impulse control is pretty awesome! Bocelli loves his dog friends but a smaller pup is probably not the best fit. We'll consider families with older children as younger children may not be able to give him appropriate signals for behavior. A fenced yard is a must! He is fully vetted and almost ready to go home! Wrigley, this 1 year old little ball of sunshine, came in for her 6 month wellness checkup today. Even small animals need to be seen at least twice a year by a veterinarian to ensure a long, healthy life.
After her exam, this gorgeous girl was giving us the infamous bearded dragon side eye stare. She is definitely a beauty, with a small attitude. 😉

Adopt Me! has a great network of foster families already working!
They are the dogs & puppies life line to a pleasant stay while in our care.
But we can always use more! At present, we have puppies needing foster care. They are between 6 and 12 weeks. Some are small breed and some are large breed (2 different litters) They are all healthy and would enjoy the company of a loving family.
