Beginning September 8th, our hours of operation will be as follows:
Monday-Friday: 8-12pm, closed 12-1 for lunch, open 1-5pm
Saturday: 8-12pm
Sunday: CLOSED
Check-in procedure remains the same:
Call from your car when you arrive in the parking lot. Please DO NOT attempt to enter the building prior to being checked-in or without a face mask. If you are unable to enter, doctors and staff can provide curbside services.

Beginning today, Tuesday, July 7, 2020:
Due to the high demand and long wait times we have been experiencing, we are no longer able to accept new clients outside of healthy puppies or kittens for baby shots. This is in the best interest of all of our clients, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
This is effective immediately and will be so until further notice.
Updated hours:

These hours will be in effect until social distancing guidelines are no longer in place.
As a reminder, our phone lines are extremely busy and you may not be able get through immediately (especially if you are calling using Verizon). Our phone number has not changed, our phones are not off the hook, and we are answering every call!
We would also like to emphasize that the only way to check in is via phone. Please do not enter the building before being called inside!

ALL STAFF AND CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS, no exceptions will be made. If this is not an option for you, please let us know when you check in over the phone so we can service you from your car.

We are now allowing clients to come into the building. Please limit those entering the building to one person per animal. We also thank you for bringing a mask with you and wearing it while you are inside of the building.
We ask that you call from your car to check-in when you arrive in the parking lot. When it is your turn, we will call you to invite you into either the waiting room or an exam room. Our phone lines continue to be busy through this unique process - please continue to call, we answer every ring! We thank you for your patience throughout longer than normal waits as we continue doing our best to keep staff and clients safe.
*If your vehicle is without air conditioning and you fear your animal may overheat, we can bring your animal inside until we call you in to be seen by the doctor, however this will not change your order in line*

We have begun allowing clients into the building.
Please continue calling from the car in the parking lot to check in. Our two lines may be busy, please keep trying! We will allow one client per exam room, as well as one client in the waiting room at a time.
Please have a mask on and be aware that we can only allow one person inside for each pet. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned between each client/patient.

Veterinary Medical Hospital updated their business hours.
Starting Monday, January 25th, 2021 we will be extending our hours. Monday through Friday we will be open 8am-12pm, closed from 12-1 for lunch, and reopen 1pm - 5pm. Saturday hours will remain the same, 8am - 12pm. We will remain closed for Sundays and Holidays.
We are still asking for you to remain in your vehicle and call (810)732-0000 to check in and to wait in your car for your turn. We are allowing one human in per visit to be with your furry friend. Masks are required for entry into the building.

Veterinary Medical Hospital updated their business hours.
Due to the recent revision of the MDHHS emergency order regarding COVID-19, Veterinary Medical hospital is returning to curbside only service. Please continue to call to check in once you arrive, and someone will retrieve your animal as soon as possible. We will be open from 8am-4pm closed noon until 1 for lunch and we request that you check in by 3:30 pm if at all possible. We are doing everything in our power to continue to provide safe, compassionate care for our beloved animal companions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
