THE VIBE WORKOUT
VibeClass workouts are unique and truly incomparable within the fitness industry. A typical 30 minute session incorporates a 10 station circuit system with a multitude of science based exercises performed on large custom engineered vibration platforms that engage up to 90% of the body s muscles. Each movement is performed under the watchful eye of a VibeClass certified trainer.
While clients always receive one on one individual coaching and attention the workout is assisted by our virtual trainer, (Gina), serving as a continuous reference for proper form and function. Throughout each training session clients are fitted with heart rate monitors as your VibeClass coach guides you through exercise progressions and functional movement adaptations resulting from and specific to your performance proficiencies and fitness level. This individualized process ensures that each client is uber focused, physically challenged, and maximizes the caloric and fat burn in a condensed time frame. At the conclusion of each personal training session clients are forwarded their results and heart rate information by email.
VibeClass workouts are modified daily to target different parts of the body. This ensures every training session creates optimal muscle stimulation and caloric burn. Upper, lower, and full body workouts are implemented with differing exercise combinations allowing for frequent and repeated VibeClass training while never compromising strength gains and the coveted excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC after burn).
The inclusion of weight bearing exercises to the VibeClass system supports strength training while the compound functional movements and cardiovascular elements create a high intensity interval training session that facilitates clients meeting their health and fitness goals in just 30 minutes.
