It's vary rare for VCP to offer mini sessions. Why? Because I want my clients to let their guard down, smile wholeheartedly and focus on their partner, children and loved ones. The thought of being photographed for many people can be awkward + overwhelming which is why I like to start out by grabbing some warm up images to help make things more comfortable + enjoyable for those in front of my lens. A well thought out session leads to a more relaxed and intimate image.

Flashback to when we had the smoke advisories and several things were temporary closed. It wasn't the beach session they hoped for, but it was still the best, energetic + playful family session we could of asked for! When Dads participate and have fun in their family portraits, it makes the session and images all the sweeter. And let me tell ya... the Bishop family is downright hilarious. My day was definitely brighter because of their positive energy!
