Dear Members:
ECA has produced jobsite posters with key CDC fact sheets and recommended practices for your jobsite personnel. These posters are 11”x17” in size and are printed on a plastic-coated material, so they’re good for posting in and out of job trailers.
We are offering these to our members for FREE. Please contact the office (518-869-0961) and let us know how many you need – you can pick up at our office, or we can work out delivery. We have a limited quantity available at the moment (150) but will be able to provide more in the next day or two – plenty for everyone.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. In response to staff reduction orders, we are putting plans in place to ensure that we can continue to serve you during these uncertain times while still complying with new company regulations. We know many people rely on us on a daily basis and rest assured, we are still here.
Should you need to contact us for any reason (including placing orders), someone will be available to answer your calls and emails during our normal business hours. If you do not get through to us, we ask that you call back in a few minutes or send us an email with your contact information. We will get back to you as soon as we are able.
To our brides, we know this is a stressful time for you. Should you need anything, including reorders of invitations, postponement notices, or even help figuring out how to proceed, contact us by email or through the website and Lisa will get back to you. We are here to help.

We plan to conduct business as usual here at Vincy’s Printing despite the recent closings due to the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Rest assured that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
With that in mind, should you be concerned about your health or the health of those around you, we have options to continue serve you.
- Placing new orders can be handled via phone, email, fax, or by using one of our contact forms on our website. Stopping in is not necessary to initiate an order.
- Proofing orders can be done via email or fax. Any questions regarding your in-process order can be answered via phone or email.
- Order approvals can be taken via phone, fax, or email. There is no need to stop in to sign off on your job.
*Please note: following up with a phone call is always a good idea when doing things online as you never know if there is an issue with sending or receiving.
