COVID-19 Update (April/May)
As we all continue to adapt and adjust to the changes wrought by COVID 19 on our community, state and country, we wanted to update you on our current status.
While we are considered an essential business under the stay at home order, we have made some changes to our business operations. These will be in place for the foreseeable future.
We are still here for you – just in a different way!
We are answering phones and scheduling appointments for repair and service.
We are responding to email requests for service as quickly as possible.
At this time, we are concentrating on filling the schedule on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. If we have enough demand, we will then fill Thursdays and Fridays. We sincerely appreciate your flexibility and patience with us as we work through scheduling in this new fashion.
We have closed the waiting room and office to customers and are completing transactions over the phone. We are asking that you plan to drop your vehicle off with us.
If you need a specific time slot, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate that and have service/repairs done for you in that timeframe.

COVID-19 Update
We wish it was an April Fool’s Day prank, but unfortunately we are serious….
As of Thursday, April 2, 2020 Vinson/Haas Automotive will be temporarily suspending our normal hours of operation.
While we are considered an essential business under the stay at home order, we have made the extremely difficult decision to close our doors temporarily. We do this in an overabundance of caution for our customers, employees and public as a whole. It is our hope that these measures will contribute to slowing the spread of Covid-19 and get us all back to work sooner than later.
We are still here for you – just in a different way!
We have the phones forwarded and will be answering from home in order to address any questions or concerns you might have.
Routine Maintenance/Service
If you’d like to schedule basic, routine maintenance please call and we’ll schedule tentative appointments for later in the month. As circumstances continue to change, we will post any updates to our hours or operations and contact you should we need to reschedule.

If you have a critical repair or breakdown, please call ahead to advise us of the situation and drop the keys through the mail slot. We can conduct the remainder of the transaction via phone or text.
