David Rosenberg, MD, is a compassionate and trusted provider of top-quality pediatric care for children in and around Queens, Woodmere, Inwood, Lawrence, Hewlett, Far Rockaway, and Cedarhurst, New York. Dr. Rosenberg also services the Far Rockaway, Woodmere, and Five Towns neighborhoods of New York. At VIPediatrics, Dr. Rosenberg offers a complete array of pediatric care options focused exclusively on the unique medical and health needs for kids of all ages. Whether newborns or college students, services include treatment of allergies and asthma, diagnosis, and management of ADD and ADHD, weight management and nutritional counseling programs, plus vaccinations and immunizations to help keep kids healthy as they grow.
As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Rosenberg is skilled in treating acute illnesses and managing chronic diseases, as well as providing preventive and proactive treatment options focused on promoting optimal health, growth, and development. Born and raised in Queens, Dr. Rosenberg earned his Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and pre-med from Ramapo College in New Jersey, followed by his medical degree from Penn State University College of Medicine. His pediatric residency was performed at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. In addition to his role as a pediatric care provider in his private practice, Dr. Rosenberg served as director of pediatric emergency care at a local hospital. He also serves as an attending physician at South Nassau Communities Hospital where he teaches pediatric residents and medical students, and he’s a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Hofstra North Shore LIJ School of Medicine and Hofstra University.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Rosenberg enjoys spending time with his wife and their 4 children.
