At Viva Napoli, we rely heavily on imported Italian ingredients to achieve the originality of Neapolitan food. Our kitchen's focal point is a massive wood-fired oven, handcrafted in Naples from the legendary "biscotto di Sorrento" stone. This allows us to cook Neapolitan-style pizza flawlessly.
I got the pistachio pizza and carbonara for takeout. The pistachio pizza was out of this world good. The crust had an amazing texture baked to perfection....
Good neighborhood spot, pleasant people, but limited capacity to get food out promptly and certainly not 4-5 stars raved about elsewhere. Not a destination.
