About

My clinical and research interests are in cancer susceptibility and cancer genomics. I am co-director of the UCLA Pediatric Cancer Predisposition Clinic, which is a unique multidisciplinary clinic for children and families who have or are suspected to have an underlying genetic reason to have an increased risk of developing cancer. My research focuses on the bone marrow microenvironment and its effect on leukemia susceptibility, aging and injury.
