Founded in Portland's historic Pearl District, Von Ebert Brewing is a locally-owned independent craft brewery specializing in IPA variants, German-inspired lagers, and special releases, serving an elevated pub food menu. Following the warm reception of the Pearl location, the Von Ebert Team opened our beautiful new location in Portland's up-and-coming Glendoveer neighborhood in 2018, continuing our tradition of premium quality local brew and an innovative and indulgent menu combining classic pub fare with top-tier quality based around local ingredients!
