Vonderheide Floor Coverings Co. was founded by Henry Vonderheide in 1947. Henry started the floor covering business after working for someone installing linoleum. He enjoyed it and took pride in his workmanship. Henry’s son Dale soon took interest, which allowed Henry to expand and work with his wife Thada in the showroom.
