As this pandemic continues, we hope you're staying safe and taking care of yourself. We value our patients and the trust they put in us to meet their dental needs and we would like to assure you that we will continue to do so in a way that keeps you and our team safe by all means possible.
We are confident in the protocols we have put in place since May to maximize your safety and the safety of our team. The following paragraphs provide an in-depth look at what to expect during your dental visit and how we have invested time, thought and resources toward a safe dental experience.
Upon arrival, we ask that you call to notify us and remain in your vehicle until our team is ready. This helps us maintain social distancing within the office. Each patient answers a series of Covid-19 related questions, followed by a temperature reading and use of hand sanitizer. We require everyone entering the building to wear a mask.
Our office is equipped with medical grade HEPA filters at each end of the building which cover a square footage larger than our space. On top of this, in each operatory there is an individual air purifier with a HEPA filter and UV sterilization, as well as enhanced filtration in our HVAC system.
We continue to maintain proper disinfection and sterilization of our operatories, equipment and office as we always have. We have added an antiviral fogging protocol after each patient.
Our dental team wears proper PPE for their role at all times.
We strive to continue to provide our patients with the most high- tech, comfortable and safe dental experience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (217) 355-9997.
We are here to help you achieve optimal dental health in an environment that makes you feel safe.
We are all in this together.
