W. Richard Marsh, M.D., is a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic’s Rochester, Minnesota campus. His clinical areas of interest include the surgical treatment of brain tumor, Chiari malformation, degenerative spine disease management, epilepsy, hemifacial spasm surgery, spinal cord surgery, syringomyelia and syrinx, trigeminal neuralgia, as well as general neurosurgery.
Dr. Marsh is the Mayo Midwest Spine Care Network director and director of the Spine Center in Rochester, Minnesota. He has received many awards and honor throughout his career for his teaching, research and dedication to Mayo Clinic. Dr. Marsh is also an active member of many external societies and committees at Mayo Clinic.
