Protecting your little one’s eyes goes beyond telling them not to sit too close to the tv. A study from Think About Your Eyes has revealed that many parents don’t realize that taking simple preventative measures can protect your kid’s eyes from overexposure to UV light and other eye related issues. Here are a few ways you can defend their eyes:
1. Get their eyes checked annually by an optometrist.
2. Make sure they have UV eye protection when they’re outside.
3. Ensure they’re getting enough vitamins and minerals to promote healthy eye development.
