January 6th I took delivery of my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Touring AWD van. My salesman Chris Weinberger and I started working on this vehicle package back in late September before the '21 model introduction so we had little to go on. As options, pricing, and model information became available on the 21 Pacifica AWD, Chris kept me up to date. In October Waconia Dodge was able to factory order a van with my specifications. The van arrived at the dealership in late December just as my current lease ended. All along the way, Chris helped guide me to the exact vehicle I needed and wanted. What's most impressive is the way Chris followed up after the delivery to make sure everything was absolutely perfect and that I was totally happy with everything.
You know you have the perfect salesperson when you can immediately tell they love what they do and get satisfaction out of pleasing the customer. That describes Chris.
This was our family's 34th vehicle purchase/lease from Waconia Dodge. We keep coming back for a host of reasons. Prefer previous detailing experience in shampooing and buffing is a plus, but not required.
