Sorry to be so slow to report this...it's just been kinda crazy around here!
Last week we received several hundred dollars in cash donations to help buy pet food and other much needed supplies for those displaced by the Holiday Wildfire. We delivered a nice load to Lane County 2020 Fire Relief at the Masonic Lodge in Eugene.

🚨 FOSTER FAMILIES NEEDED 🚨
Our rescue is in need of homes capable and comfortable with hosting larger breed dogs. Experience preferred, though not essential.
We have a number of larger breed dogs and puppies joining our rescue in the coming weeks, and there are not enough available foster homes to go around. Our little dogs occupy a number of our foster residences at the moment.
The little dogs keep coming our way, though, as well as cute kittens from time to time, so please connect with us to foster small breed dogs and cats, alike! We need you, too!
If you are a dog loving person/family (or cat loving), with space to host a furry friend, please reach out to us. We would love to have you join our team!

Got this cute puppy home safe! She was missing for 19hrs. So many of you showed up to support us and help look for her! Couldn’t be more thankful for all you friends and family! She was at a neighbor’s house to the North of us. They keep their two dogs outside and somehow Darcy made it into their backyard and spent the night with them. This morning they saw Darcy with their dogs out back and brought her into the garage. Thanks to @kins22 for posting it on Craigslist and getting their info for us! Also a huge thanks to everyone who drove around, one-wheeled and walked around looking for her.

For each toy sold during December Wags! will donate $1 to FOOD For Lane County Kibble on Wheels program.

Recently Wags! was fortunate to be among over 350 small businesses chosen to receive funds from Columbia Bank's Pass it On Project. https://www.passitonproject.com
The project aims to put small businesses throughout the Northwest back to work with a focus on those struggling the most. Through this program, Columbia gave small businesses more than $500,000 to provide services or products to people whose lives have been adversely impacted by the pandemic or the economic downturn it caused. The bank expects to reach more than 350 small businesses and many more individuals and families in the Northwest.
With the money we received we were able to provide Frances Mays of Health Enrichment for Low-income Pets with over a $1000 worth of pet food and supplies. Frances is a one-woman operation who supplies pet food and critical care to pet owners who are experiencing homelessness or don’t have resources. When the needs are great, such as now, it just feels so good to Pass It On, and we couldn’t think of a more deserving partner than Frannie!
