we would like to introduce ourselves as the new owners of the wahoo bakery! our names are christina + wes!
christina (myself) is the current owner of The Confectionist previously located in omaha, for the past three years. i specialize in custom and wedding cakes, dessert tables, pastries and baked goods with a focus on scratch made using high quality ingredients.
wes has a prolific sweet tooth which makes him the best taste tester and business partner!
over the next two weeks we will be working with sherri, the prior owner, to ensure that we have a seamless transition while continuing to serve you the donuts, kolaches and bread you have all come to know and love.
as we learn the ropes, in the coming weeks, we will start to offer additional handcrafted pastries and baked goods like: french macarons, scones, cookies, brownies, bars, cakes, pies and so much more.
we are so excited to be a part of the community and look forward to meeting you all!
with that said, we have been issued our permit and will be open tomorrow from 6a-2p.
