Kathleen M. Walsh is a Hammond, Indiana native who graduated from Bishop Noll Institute in 1972. Ms. Walsh is a practicing lawyer in Highland, Indiana. She attended law school at Valparaiso University and while in her first year she was in the top fourth of her class.
