To all of our SUPERHEROS!! Happy belated administrative assistants day! We could not do it without all of you!
We are so excited to have our new hire, Travis Harrison on our team here at Ward & Glass Law!
Travis Harrison was born and raised in Oklahoma City. A lifelong Sooner fan, Travis attended the University of Oklahoma where he graduated with his B.A. in History in 2015. During college, Travis was inspired to become a lawyer while studying history and devoted substantial time to his capstone on the subject of property/oil and gas rights affecting the Osage Tribe during the 1920’s oil boom in northern Oklahoma.
Travis graduated cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2018 where he earned the CALI Award of Excellence, which is awarded to the student with the highest grade for a particular course, for five of his courses (Contracts II, Legal Research and Writing II, Constitutional Law, Oil and Gas Law, and Commercial Paper). He was also a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. While serving as a member of the Law Review, he authored a piece on constitutional separation of powers in the federal government titled Judicial Discretion on Outcome-Determinative Legislation after Bank Markazi v. Peterson, which was published in 2018.
Travis is an active volunteer in the community. During law school, Travis received a volunteer award for his volunteer work with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma (a non-profit law firm). He currently serves on the Young Professionals Board of Wings OK, a non-profit dedicated to assisting adults with developmental disabilities. Travis is also a member of the Heritage Hall Alumni Board. Travis was a volunteer tutor for Whiz Kids Oklahoma and served in the Oklahoma City University School of Law mentorship program.
Prior to joining Ward and Glass, Travis practiced law at Phillips Murrah in Oklahoma City, focusing primarily on transactional law. Travis was named to 2021 Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for mergers and acquisitions law, oil and gas law, and real estate law.
In September 2020, Travis’s girlfriend Miranda, who is also a lawyer, gave birth to their baby daughter, Madison Elizabeth, who is the pride and joy of their lives. Travis enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, watching sports, exercising and spending time outdoors.

We have a LOT to be thankful for this month! First Baptist Church, Norman and Ward & Glass LLP recently held diaper drives to help stock the #CCFIBabyPantry. We also accepted donations from Norman's Cruise-In Auto Spa for our annual gifting program, which benefits CCFI clients and their siblings. We are extremely appreciative of the community's support and would like to thank everyone who participated in each of these drives! #CCFINorman #HealEmpowerStrengthen
