Cannon Blasts for Commissioning Ceremony Saturday at 10:10am ➤ The USS Delbert D. Black, berthed at Cruise Terminal 1, will be commissioned at Port Canaveral tomorrow during a private ceremony. No public events are scheduled aboard the ship while it is at the Port.🚨Please be aware, as part of the ceremony, 19 cannon blasts will be fired around 10:10 a.m. on Saturday.
We have been in our new building approximately 2 years & 5 months. Our welcome sign faded out, so today we repainted it.

Port Canaveral Weather Alert ⚠️ BCSO and CCFR have made the determination to clear and close pedestrian traffic at the Jetty Park pier due to weather concerns. BCSO will monitor the area.
What the ramps look like now & high tide is at noon. Shout out to Laura & Bradley for going down there & cleaning up some debris, lots of 2X4's with nails in them. A huge 2X6 approx 11 ft long, some plastics and other crap were all moved to higher ground for Port Canaveral maintenance to pick up.

Hey guys sorry about the video sound quality on this just be careful at the boat ramp this morning going out or coming back in the second ramp closest to the fillet station is blocked we have a boat and trailer underwater this morning the sheriff's department is here right now and I'm sure things will be cleared up by lunch time

CANAVERAL LOCK TEMP CLOSURE: US Army Corps of Engineers, who operate the Canaveral Lock have announced that the Lock will be temporarily closed to navigation with 4-hour shutdowns on January 19-22 for the purpose of having divers work on the cathodic protection system.
0600-0800 open for lockages.
0800-1200 CLOSED for maintenance.
1200-1300 open for lockages.
1300-1700 CLOSED for maintenance.
1700-2130 open for lockages.
If all goes well it may only require one or two days.
Please adjust your navigation plans if needed.
It's been a rough couple of days for our live bait vendors, but we have just restocked our tanks we have 600 pinfish ready to go. And plenty of medium & regular shrimp & more coming in tomorrow morning also. Our Frozen bait inventory is on point & fully stocked. We are hoping some of this rain & wind will get the heck out of here so we can get back out on the water and fish.
