With the possibility of tropical storm and hurricane conditions entering our area this week, Katy ISD is closely monitoring the weather and elevated our readiness level to Readiness Level 3. As of now, we do not anticipate any change to virtual learning this week. Should the weather impact families’ electricity and internet access, teachers will work with students and families to ensure students are not negatively impacted by attendance nor academically. This beautiful stray Balinese cat has been teasing me all week with its beauty, I feel like a Pokémon trainer trying to catch it 🥺
Baby steps and patience, it finally trusted me enough to come close to me to let me pet him or her, it was VERY sweet and has the cutest meows. Brought it some fresh food and water and it happily accepted it. My ultimate goal is to catch it and find it a good home but man is it difficult given how skittish it is. If anyone knows of any places willing to rescue, please help ya girl out. He or she is TOO pretty to be out in danger of cars everywhere 🐱

11/29 UPDATE: The cat has been SAFELY caught and RESCUED. Thank you all for the shares and the help, my main focus was to get her OFF the streets before this harsh cold front hits. 🙏🏼❤️
Can anyone PLEASE help find a group or someone who can help or foster or rescue this baby. I wanna say it’s a female but she’s very sweet but of course she’s scared. It’s raining and cold and its only going to get colder 😢
