"My experience with Luiz at Waterstone was great!. Upon contacting him he came out the next day. He contacted me when 20 minutes from my house as i asked him to so i could leave work to meet him.
He was very knoweldable about fixing my backflow and took the time to go through the operation of my entire system. I will be calling him with my future irrigation needs."

"Waterstone did our irrigation in our backyard last year... and in doing so, somehow got our brand new sod to live through being planted in June of a hot TN summer, even when Trugreen said we would lose at least 40% of the yard! Luiz and his team worked extremely hard getting everything set up in 90+ degree weather and once they were finished, they thoroughly walked us through how to operate the new system.
At the time, we couldn't afford to irrigate the front yard, but we saved up and asked them to come back this year! They did a fantastic job and were as minimally evasive to the existing yard as was possible. They did a beautiful job and I can't wait to have everything up and running.
Lastly, we had a stone patio put in last year by a DIFFERENT company (our mistake) and Luiz took a look at it... although it will do for now, we will be calling him in the future to help remedy the issues that are caused by someone not knowing how to grade pooling water away from the house, etc. We really loved working with Luiz and will be working with him again in the future. It's nice to have found a contractor that we trust."
