When you leave home for work this morning take a look at the frost on your roof compared to your neighbors... if everyone else's roof is still frosty but yours is mostly thawed then you are losing lots of heat out of your ceilings and you need to add insulation to your attic ASAP!!
Call 6602635517 for an estimate on adding blown cellulose to your attic.
If your heat pump is shaking, rocking, making horrible noises, or not working... please switch your thermostat to Emergency/Back Up heat. Once all ice has thawed off of the fan blades and top of unit you can turn it back to regular heat. If issues persist after that please call 6602635517 to set up an appointment to get heat pump fixed.

Its going to get down to single digits this weekend and next week and possibly BELOW ZERO!!! Its a good idea to change/wash your filter today or tomorrow, check/change batteries in thermostats, and if your heat has been acting funny or anything we highly suggest you call NOW to get it looked at before the cold snap hits!!
Good morning!! We hope your staying warm and cozy!! Remember your furnace is built to keep your house 70°-75° when its 0° outside! So, over this next week your furnace will pretty much run NONSTOP and sometimes it may not be able to keep the temp above 70° if it drops below 0° outside!! Also, the thermostat is not like a gas pedal, the air will NOT come out hotter if you turn it up more. Please call 6602635517
