On behalf of My Neighbor's Keeper, Weigand-Omega and Omega Senior Living, we had the pleasure of donating several items to Mrs. Firestone’s Special Education Class at Northwest High School.
Currently, they are the only students attending school in-person at Northwest, however, they needed additional supplies to be able to do this safely. WOM and OSL donated; hand-sanitizer, paper towels, pencils, and over the ear headphones, so the students could use them while on the computer. Her Bear Buddies (Grizzlies) were extremely excited and wanted to share their gratitude and appreciation for the support as they tackle the school year!

On behalf of My Neighbor's Keeper, Weigand-Omega and Omega Senior Living corporate staff members had the honor to spend last Wednesday morning delivering our Teacher’s Dream List items to Brooks Middle Magnet school. As they prepare to hopefully soon begin in-person classes, we were able to help get them started safely by providing essential items such as: paper, notebooks, pens/pencils, earbuds, backpacks, safety sign decals, plexiglasses, drum buckets/lids, etc. The staff at Brooks were very excited, extremely thankful, and appreciated our support.
Congratulations to our Greenwood Estates Senior Housing Community in Oklahoma City, for their phenomenal job in reaching 100% occupancy within 3 months during these pandemic times. For more to come, stay tune for residents events 😄!

We are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of One & Two Brittany Place in our hometown of Wichita, Kansas.
HJH Investments closed on this property December 31, 2020.
One & Two Brittany Place is a two-building office complex built in 1983 and 1985 respectively. The buildings have a combined 116,993 rentable square feet and are currently 90 percent occupied by a mix of professional tenants, including major tenant InfoSync.
This is a private-investor acquisition that HJH found, vetted, closed and will subsequently manage, alongside Weigand Omega .

That's a wrap🎁! Another successful year for our Adopt A Senior Holiday Gift Drive. The elves were busy Tuesday making deliveries just in time for Christmas.
