We are a Tractor Trailer repair shop in need of qualified mechanics to work on tractors. There is also a position for Trailer mechanic as well. Must have experience, own tools and ready to work without needing training.
Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License
Own Tools
2+ Years of heavy duty experience
CDL is preferred
Able to lift 50lbs
Reliable
Diagnosing and electrical knowledge
Willing to be on call for Road Service, we have a 24 hour road call service
Knowledge of diesel engines (Detroit, Mack, Volvo, Cat, International, Cummins)
Road call position needs to be confident and knowledgeable and have customer service skills and able to work alone. This position you will be working outside in all weather conditions.
Trailer mechanics should be confident with air brake systems and repairing trailer bodies and roofs, able to weld and fabricate if needed. Diagnosing and repairing lights also.
There is a bonus at 3 months and 6 months, amount varies per position.
