As Staff Development/Nurse Educator you will be responsible for developing and presenting orientation for all newly hired personnel, and specific clinical orientation for new nursing employees. Additionally, this position researches, develops, and implements in-service programs designed to enhance organizational efficiency and quality of services provided.
The ideal candidate for this full-time position will be have excellent communication and organizational skills along with prior experience working in the Skilled Nursing Facility industry.
