Dr. Milgram is a leading, board-certified OB/GYN and was certified in 2014 as a Prevention Specialist. Dr. Milgram graduated from Queens College, CUNY, and received his Medical Degree from SUNY Stony Brook. He completed his OB/GYN Residency at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. Dr. Milgram also founded A Lady’s Doctor Medical Clinics in 1980. He was a former Assistant Clinical Professor and Clinical Instructor in the Department of Reproductive Medicine at the UCSD Medical Center, and has taught over 200 courses in Gynecology, minimally-invasive and advanced surgical techniques, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
At Wellness Etc., the practice is devoted to giving patients access to gynecological care including pap smears, LEEP procedures, and colposcopies in addition to address issues such as abdominal pain, incontinence, and dysmenorrhea.
