Wendy J. Elliott has been a commercial real estate since 2001. She recently joined Stonecrest Properties in December 2017. She is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia. She has an extensive background in working with Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Franchise Owners, Landlords, and Tenants in all facets of commercial properties. She has significant experience in research for properties suitable for development, as well as years of experience in dealing with property owners and the complexities of executing a successful real estate transaction.
Wendy is a native of the Chattanooga area, giving her first-hand knowledge of the demographics of the tri-state area. She is at ease with the varying personality types in our community. Wendy is currently licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Before becoming a licensed agent, Wendy worked for Household Finance as a senior account manager managing re-structuring and consolidating debt. Wendy also worked several years for Henry B. Glascock Company in commercial real estate and real estate auctions.
Wendy has years of experiencing volunteering with American Cancer and Women’s Harvest. Wendy is actively involved in her local church and has three incredible children and currently lives in Hixson, Tennessee.
