After a combined total of 56 years of dedicated service to the Pasadena Police Department and the citizens of Pasadena, we would like to congratulate Officers Todd Neilon and Carl Williams on their recent retirements.
During his 39 years of service with our department, Officer C. Williams worked in numerous divisions, including his most recent assignment in our Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.
Officer T. Neilon spent over 15 of his 17 years of service with our department working in an undercover capacity in our Narcotics division.
Thank you, Officers Carl Williams and Todd Neilon, for your many years of faithful service to our community. We wish you all the best as you begin this next chapter in your life.
