Western Connecticut Home Care (WCHC), formerly Danbury Visiting Nurse Association, was founded in 1911. WCHC is the home care affiliate of Western Connecticut Health Network which includes Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital and Norwalk Hospital.
We are licensed by the State of Connecticut, certified by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and accredited by The Joint Commission National Quality Assurance
