For #HispanicHeritageMonth, we’ve given Sage a brand-new look, thanks to Andrés Moncayo. He created this one-of-a-kind piece inspired by the Mayan mythological icon known as the tunkuluchu. We’ve made it available at wgustore.com, so you can proudly wear this amazing piece of art wherever you go.

It’s called character development.
My success story is pretty well known and plastered on social media. I’m 20 with a 4 year degree. I FLEW through 120 credits in 2 years. I was part of my school’s honor society and was a social media ambassador to represent my college. ⁣But what I haven’t shared and posted about but need to are my failures....⁣I failed my final project (edTPA) THREE TIMES. This was by far the hardest and most challenging hurdle I’ve ever faced. ⁣Here’s to being DONE! & getting through the most difficult challenge of my life! ⁣

If there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout my college career at WGU, it’s to get comfortable. When I first started my bachelor’s program I tried to make my school set-up as clean and professional as possible, but then I started asking myself “why?” I chose an online program for a reason! If I wanted to sit in a boring classroom I’d be at a traditional university. From that point on I started working whenever and wherever I felt like it. On the beach, in front of a fire, in a hammock. All of the above! Being free to work how and when I felt comfortable to work is what enabled me to accomplish becoming the first in my family to hold a bachelors degree, and now I’ve even gone on to complete my masters program through WGU! @calebbrown13
