The Westford Regency is excited to announce we re-opening hotel operations on July 6th!
To meet new health & safety guidelines we are following the guidance and recommended practices in accordance national, state and local agencies including the American Hotel & Lodging Association, National Restaurant Association, the CDC and our local Board of Health. Our staff has been trained to follow all recommended CDC practices including wearing masks and frequent hand sanitizing.
The Health Club, pool and restaurants remain closed. These amenities will re-open as we move forward with Governor Baker’s comprehensive plan to safely reopen Massachusetts economy and ease social restrictions while minimizing the health impacts of COVID-19.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is urging travelers to self-quarantine for 14 days when arriving in Massachusetts from another state.
We’re excited to welcome back travel and guests to the Westford Regency. We are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with industry, federal, state and local protocols. We have partnered with EBP Supply and Certo Chemicals to enhance the cleaning and sanitizing protocols in our guest rooms and public spaces to insure your comfort and safety. You will notice changes throughout the property in response to the recent COVID-19 situation, we hope these changes will make you feel safe and confident throughout your stay.
Guest Rooms
Our housekeeping staff has received additional training and certification to ensure all surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards after each guest. Housekeepers will not enter your room unless requested. If additional towels or
amenities are needed, please call the front desk staff at extension “0” and they will be delivered to your door in protective packaging.
Public Spaces
We have increased the frequency of property wide cleaning and disinfecting concentrating on high touch areas like the front desk, elevator buttons, door handles & keys using recommended cleaning products and new technology including UV light technology.
Social Distancing
Signs will remind guests of social distancing guidelines and our lobby has been re-designed to encourage this. Plexiglass partitions at the front esk provides contactless check-in & added safety for our guests and staff. Staff will wear masks and gloves when interacting with guests and follow frequent handwashing guidelines.
Food Services
We will reopen our restaurants soon! All tables and chairs will be sanitized after each guest. Biodegradable, disposable utensils will be available upon request. Take-out and plated breakfast options will be offered as alternatives to our breakfast buffet. Room service be delivered to your guest room without contact.
