We started this 11 year old home in Western Springs on Wednesday. So far we have used 12 tubes of OSI caulk. Our prefered exterior caulk. She'll be back in shape next week. Have a great weekend everyone!

Been working a full house transformation, plenty of pictures to come.... Staircase is about done as is all the trim (new taller base) and two toning the windows... Walls yet to be finished, and plenty of projects, wainscoting, floating shelves and more....

A year ago this past Wednesday we were meeting a deadline for the Village of Lagrange. We were updating their busy parking garage stairwell for the upcoming Holiday shopping season. In two and a half days we repaired and painted the ceiling, walls and railings in Benjamin Moore's durable Scuff-X Paint in eggshell finish.
